- We are looking for technical support engineers to provide support and monitoring for our critical production applications.
- Your primary responsibility will be to provide operational monitoring and initial response and triaging of all issues for applications.
- You will handle incoming support tickets and provide timely and effective communication to customers.
- You will also perform an initial investigation to resolve issues and escalate them in a timely manner.
- You may also act as a point of contact for customers in production and assist with onboarding, triaging, coordinating deployments with customers and internal DrinkPrime teams.
- Troubleshooting and solving technical issues and defects. On-call rotation for monitoring and resolving alerts and production issues.
- As a 7 days a week function, support team requires engineers to work on one of the weekends.
- Handles incoming tickets, provides timely updates and assists with QA for bug fixes Proactively look for opportunities to address technical or process gaps.
- BE/BTech, MCA degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Problem solving skills and experience in basic troubleshooting of APIs using Postman 1-2 years of experience in SQL/MySQL is preferred.
- Experience in Java is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting cloud applications is desirable.
