Who Does This Role Report Into? Senior Facilities Management

Role Summary /  Purpose and Scope

The Facilities Manager functions as the front line for MAPP assisting in all aspects of service delivery, supporting the Senior Management team. 

 

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of management, maintenance and service are maintained. 

 

This is a hybrid role and the Facilities Manager will have an agreed allocation of properties to manage currently in the Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire area. There is an expectation the FM will be on one central Cambridge site 2 days per week.

Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm Friday

Salary Range (Based on Experience)
£43,000 to £47,000  per annum, depending on experience.
