The Onboarding Admin will aid in the new employee’s experience by providing a seamless transition from recruitment to an employee’s first day.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service and support to new employees by coordinating all elements of the onboarding/pre-hire process.
  • Initiate onboarding process in applicable systems (s) for professional staff once an offer of employment has been accepted
  • Administer required pre-employment screenings including background checks and drug screenings.
  • Ensure all pre-hire onboarding meets company policy and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate site specific paperwork to ensure a seamless transition to the field if needed
  • Ensure an exceptional day one experience for all professional staff including pre-hire communication to new employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Talent and WFD teams on changes to employees start dates.
  • Complete I9 document and E-Verify for new employees in compliance with federal law. Track and collect documents for re-verification for current employees.
  • Manage and coordinate department inbox.
  • Book and manage travel for new hires when applicable.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up to date employee records in all of our People systems.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and care of employee information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience with an ATS system preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft application required.

Education & Certifications

  • High School Diploma required.
