WE ARE HIRING – Accounting Clerk

Pierre Landscape is looking for an Accounting Clerk to support our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Certified Payroll functions. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Work with spreadsheets to process invoices, payments, and reimbursements

• Keep vendor records and insurance certificates up to date

• Assist with project billing and collections

• Run reports and reconcile accounts

• Submit certified payroll as needed

• Provide day-to-day support with data entry, filing, and other accounting tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who enjoys numbers, details, and spreadsheets

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and open to learning accounting software

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Team player who likes helping things run smoothly

Experience

• 1–2 years in A/P, A/R, or general accounting preferred, but we’ll train the right person

• A degree in Accounting/Finance is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $21–$24/hour, based on experience

• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with 4% company match, Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, Holidays

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm (in-office)
