Hybrid Production Team Lead - Insulated Glass na MITER Brands

We are seeking a skilled Swing Shift Production Team Lead for our Insulated Glass (IG) department in Sacramento, CA. This position is located within our Tacoma Manufacturing building, which comprises over 500 team members. As a Lead Production Assembler, you will oversee and perform tasks assigned in the construction of windows and patio doors through all phases of assembly in the Insulated Glass department. Your leadership will ensure departmental manufacturing goals are met with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

💲 Hourly Compensation: $28.00, based on experience
➕ Shift Differential: Plus $1.00
🕒 Work Hours: Monday to Friday, starting at 3:30 p.m.

• Experience: Minimum of one year of similar work experience (Assembly, Manufacturing, construction, roofing, and/or Warehouse).
• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to read a tape measure and demonstrate proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Math Skills: Compute basic math problems, including fractions, and addition/subtraction.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
