Title: Sr. Integrations Specialist
Position Summary:
The Sr. Integrations Specialist plays a key role in providing daily advanced technical support to our external and internal partners; support requests range from less complex to very complex. The Sr. Integrations Specialist will be the technical lead throughout the integration project lifecycle, from concept to post-deployment. This position will work with external partners to resolve technical issues while providing world-class customer service, as well as engineering, product management, customer support, and marketing
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead daily technical support requests from external and internal partners/customers
- Technical lead for integration projects (i.e., lead technical discussions with partners, lead demos, and address support requests)
- Troubleshoot and resolve partner escalations in a timely manner
- Manage defects reported by partners through the complete lifecycle (capturing defect to verification)
- Manage partner escalations and channel them accordingly (i.e., escalating cases that need a fix from the development team)
- Drive continuous improvement for the integrations support processes by working closely with operation and product leaders
- Report support status and escalations in a timely manner to leadership
- Lead client provisioning activities (i.e., setting up accounts and granting correct permissions)
- Set up partner test environments and manage them using SQL queries and scripts
- Create and maintain technical support documentation by working closely with the Product and Engineering leads
- Partnership with our key revenue stakeholders to build and support strategic integrations.
- Perform data analysis on the company’s web services/APIs on an as-needed basis
- Build and mentor team members to help improve their capability.
- Develop scalable and reusable integration workflows and modules.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on system interoperability and Truckstop’s APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues that may require interdepartmental assistance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and validate integration requirements.
- Guide and mentor junior integration team members.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Customer/Partner Support
- Strong experience working with web services and APIs
- Ability to quickly understand database schemas and write JOIN queries to pull data from multiple tables
- Ability to properly document and create customer support content
- Preferred: Experience working on Service Cloud workflows, C#, VB. Salesforce
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with integration platforms and tools (e.g., Postman, SOAPUi).
- Proficiency in RESTFUL and SOAP based APIs, and secure data exchange protocols.
- Advanced knowledge of OAuth 2.0 protocols, including various grant types.
- Strong scripting and data manipulation skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL).
- Experienced in working closely with customers via phone and email, using strong verbal and written communication skills to gather essential information and drive swift, effective resolutions quickly.
- Experience with system migrations, large-scale projects, or enterprise integration.

Physical Demands:
Minimum physical exertion. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach, and manipulate objects, tools, or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 5 pounds on a regular basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 75% of the work period while operating equipment such as a computer keyboard and mouse.
Work Environment:
The working conditions will vary between an office environment and a remote home environment. The ideal protected indoor work environment is a clean, non-hazardous work area. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office or remote home environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises.
