Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Knowledge of Windows Desktop applications; various operating systems such as Windows 8.1,Windows 10, Windows 11 as well as basics on Server technologies.
  • Experience on software applications and basic hardware for the PC/OS/BSOD.
  • Experience on Imaging of laptops and Desktop using SCCM imaging /WDS
  • Knowledge and demonstrated expertise with the management and support of Microsoft Active Directory Domains.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated expertise with the management and support of Microsoft Office, Office 365, and common productivity applications.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, status actions items, respond to changing priorities, and react to short deadlines.
  • Creating and maintaining user self-help documentation, technical documentation and procedural documentation.
  • Experience on Standard Operating Applications on Laptops and Desktops
  • Basic troubleshooting of networking LAN, WAN, VPN .
  • Good knowledge in vendor coordination for call logging, replacing faulty Desktop parts and chasing for regular updates with vendor.
  • L1/L2 knowledge in AD, DNS, DHCP, Fileservers, GPO.
  • Basic knowledge on Antivirus concepts like: Mcafee,Infoblox.
  • Knowledge in Network printers config and troubleshooting.
  • Crestron/Poly/Logica Teams Device Config & Troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
  • Asset inventory maintenance and Reports generating periodically in snow/ITSM.
  • BAU stock maintenance & Replenishments.
Qualifications:
  • Requires minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent customer service, written, verbal,Presentation & Communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal driven, with the ability to multitask and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • High level of motivation,Selfstarter,& lateral thinker to work under limited supervision and oversight
