Description

The Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the company’s day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to body shops, insurance partners, fleet customers, and technicians in the field. This position ensures operational excellence during high-volume hail events, fosters strong relationships with partners and technicians, and drives efficiency and profitability across the business. Working closely with the Director of Retail PDR Operations, the PDR Operations Manager ensures a customer-focused approach while maintaining operational standards and compliance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical operational support to body shops, insurance companies, fleet customers, and technicians in the field on a daily basis.
• Support the company and its partners during high-volume hail events, ensuring quick response and effective resource allocation.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with partners, shop managers, and technicians to improve collaboration and service delivery.
• Work closely with the Director of Retail PDR Operations to ensure the operation remains customer-focused and profitable.
• Cross-train and develop proficiency across all internal systems and processes.
• Conduct regular shop visits to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities for improvement, and address operational challenges.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks according to company guidelines and customer expectations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in the claims industry and/or automotive collision repair is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualities

• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and support teams in the field.
• Experience in PDR (Paintless Dent Repair), hail repair, or reconditioning operations a plus.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for site visits and customer support.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the United States and have a valid driver's license.
