ICI Homes is currently seeking to hire a Pool Construction Superintendent who oversees multiple swimming pool construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures that all work meets timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.

🧰 Core Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple job sites and coordinate project timelines.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and trade partners daily.
• Conduct daily inspections for quality, cleanliness, and adherence to plans.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Complete and submit project documentation and checklists.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Travel between job sites efficiently.
• Foster a positive team culture and uphold company values.

📋 Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of pool construction experience.
• Experience in the pool industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and field problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage customers professionally.
• High attention to detail and quality control.
• Physically able to work outdoors.
