Hybrid Survey CAD Technician I na Merrick & Company

OVERVIEW:

Merrick & Company is seeking career and quality minded individuals for challenging projects including all types of Boundary, GPS, Photogrammetry, Easement/Right of Way, ALTAs, Topographic and As-Built Surveys. The Survey CAD Technician will work under direct supervision of a Land Surveyor. This is a full-time position based out of our Greenwood Village (Denver metro), CO office.

 

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00 per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Work in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Draft monumented land survey plats.
• Draft topographical and contour maps.
• Work with HDS point clouds. Preparation of legal description and exhibits.
• Problem solve and collaborate with other technical disciplines.
• Perform survey related research and survey calculations in order to create final survey deliverables.
• Follow schedules and budget commitments.
• Work independently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Local candidates only.
• Possesses good written and oral communications skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
