Prosource.it is a global IT Managed Service provider serving medium to enterprise-level clients around the world, and we are on the lookout for a Junior IT Administrator eager to support one of our offshore drilling partners.

We are excited to bring a Junior IT Administrator on board. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning about IT Support processes and excellent communication skills. This role requires the successful applicant to be onsite at our Houston office located in the Energy Corridor. This position is onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Learning day to day activities
• Provide updated to senior team members
• Lifting and moving of boxes & equipment
• Assisting with service tickets

Requirements

• Attention to detail

• Skilled in Excel 
• Interest in technology
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization
• Self Starter with ability to work in collaborative team environment
• Comfortable with repetitive work processes and learning on the job - problem solver
• High School Education or equivalent
