MISSION

Support Human Resources in general functions, ensuring and optimizing proper application of Human Resources & OHSE policies and procedures.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

  • Carry out the tasks requested by the HR Manager. Depending on the specialization/needs, the focus of the tasks can be on recruitment, training, development, administration and / or labor relations.
  • Collaborate in analyzing, updating and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures within the Human Resources department and the areas under its purview.
  • Ensure proper implementation and use of policies and procedures within the local and corporate Human Resources department.
  • Perform a variety of general administrative tasks related to Human Resource procedures.
  • Collaborate/lead specific projects related to Human Resources department.
  • Collaborate on processes with external partners.
  • Support implementation and develop reports on Corporate Human Resources management tools assigned, especially Successfactors. Lead the report indicators related to Human Resources, according to the position.
  • Coordinate and monitor indicators in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of the corporative actions and using the HR management tools (Successfactors, Hispins, Clocking, etc.).
  • Support reporting according to the main KPIs of the area.
  • Control and manage external customers in the plant.
  • Provide support and collaborate on local and corporate audits.
  • Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
  • Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving of OHSE and Quality department.

Academic background:  

Bachelor’s degree

Languages:

GENERAL FUNCTIONS*:

  • To analyze employees’ training needs, and manage training development and delivery.
  • To support the implementation of human resources management processes and tools defined at corporate or local level (e.g. performance evaluation, succession matrix, career management).
  • To collaborate in the workforce planning and the personnel needs adjustment processes.
  • To pay attention to the labor climate in the working center and propose measures for its continuous improvement.

Basic training in health and safety, and environmental management. Training required but not limited to: Fire Drill, Tornado Drill, SDS, ENV Awareness, HazCom, Annual Safety, Hazwoper.

 

Languages:

Medium English level (First level)
