Position: Strategic Design Consultant
Monogram Health is seeking a strategy minded professional with exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to create compelling, executive level deliverables that bring data, insights, and strategic concepts to life. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analysis, and executive communication. This role is ideal for someone with consulting experience who thrives on shaping narratives and influencing decision making through presentations.
You will partner directly with Monogram’s senior executive team and cross-functional leaders to distill complex data into clear, concise, and visually powerful PowerPoint presentations for board, investor, and client-facing meetings.
The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with a consulting toolkit (strategy, problem-solving, analysis, and executive communication) who can transform ideas and data into impactful narratives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities, analyses, and insights into clear, compelling executive PowerPoint presentations.
- Develop narratives and storylines that simplify complexity and highlight key insights to drive decision-making.
- Create data-driven visuals (charts, infographics, frameworks, dashboards) that clearly convey business implications.
- Collaborate with analysts and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical flow of content.
- Uphold Monogram’s brand standards and executive communication style while tailoring presentations to different audiences (board, clients, investors).
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, consulting-like environment, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Provide strategic input on how to best frame insights and recommendations for maximum impact.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or related field.
- 3–7 years of professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-caliber, fast-paced environment (ideal for candidates at the Sr. Consultant level).
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills (storyboarding, frameworks, formatting, and advanced charting/visuals).
- Strong Excel skills for analysis and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) to enhance presentations and create custom visuals.
- Experience creating presentations for senior-level, board, or client-facing audiences.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous information into clear takeaways and recommendations.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio of past presentation work (or representative strategy decks) is highly encouraged.
