📋 Position Overview

Apple Air is seeking a knowledgeable and driven Electrical Manager to lead our electrical division. This is a leadership role for someone who combines technical expertise with strong team management skills. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure code compliance, and guide a team of electricians to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality service to our residential and commercial customers.

🔌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise electrical service, installation, and repair projects

• Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and job assignments for electricians

• Ensure all electrical work meets local, state, and national codes and safety standards

• Provide technical support and training to team members

• Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and cost control

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining skilled electrical staff

• Track performance metrics and implement operational improvements

🎓 Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in electrical service and installation management, with leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Familiarity with NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local regulations

• Valid driver’s license and Master Electrician license (or equivalent) preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
