Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the integration strategy aligned with the SAP RISE roadmap and broader business objectives.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP integration technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Define and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance integration architecture.
• Lead and mentor a team of integration developers and specialists while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Oversee integration design, development, and deployment using SAP CPI, PI/PO, and API management platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of integration projects—from development to monitoring and issue resolution.
• Define and implement the organization's API strategy and governance framework.
• Collaborate with the SAP RISE implementation team to ensure seamless integration of cloud, on-premise, and third-party systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to capture integration needs and ensure alignment.
• Maintain thorough documentation of integration architecture, processes, and compliance-related requirements.


Required Skills and Experience:
• 10–15 years of experience in SAP integration, including leadership roles.
• Expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) — iFlow development, Groovy scripting, adapter configuration.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, IDOCs, Proxies, and SAP BTP services.
• Strong grasp of API management principles — SAP API Management or similar tools (e.g., Apigee).
• Proficient in RESTful and SOAP APIs, along with security protocols like OAuth and SAML.
• Hands-on experience in Groovy scripting, XML, JSON; knowledge of ABAP is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP RISE implementation methodology and integration best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong project management capability and experience leading technical teams.

Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics Engineering
• Additional certifications (if any): SAP Certified Integration Associate, PMP, or Agile certification (preferred)


Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Experience with international projects or global stakeholder engagement
• Exposure to SAP BTP, Swagger/OpenAPI tools, and data transformation methods
• Prior work experience in Daimler ecosystem or automotive domain
