We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role that will play a key part in strengthening customer relationships and ensuring seamless delivery of services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring long-term success. Your responsibilities will include engaging with new, existing, and potential clients, guiding internal teams to deliver value, and implementing best-in-class customer service processes and strategies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Ownership: Build and nurture trusted client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for campaign execution, optimization, and impact measurement.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts, driving incremental revenue and maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Campaign Analytics & Insights: Analyze client campaigns and performance data (CTR, conversions, engagement, ROI) to demonstrate value, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Strategic Client Success: Lead the design and execution of client success strategies to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Customer Health Monitoring: Track client engagement, usage, and satisfaction metrics; proactively address risks and align solutions with evolving client needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, product, and data science teams to integrate client feedback into product enhancements and campaign innovations.
  • Reporting & Impact Measurement: Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, highlighting campaign outcomes, value delivered, and new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B sales roles within ad-tech, mar-tech, creative tech, or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement rates) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and delivering strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven success in driving upsell, cross-sell, and client retention in competitive markets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high accountability.
