Hybrid Varsity Golf Coach na Minnesota Valley Education District

Requirements: 

• Provide coaching and instruction to high school girls and boys in a competitive athletic program
• Work collaboratively with activities director to implement a coaching philosophy that is supportive of student/athletes’ development
• Communicate effectively with student/athletes, coaching staff, parents, and building administrators, regarding program needs and development

Education: 

• HS diploma or equivalent

Licensures & Certification:

• Ability to complete online coaching requirements as established by the Minnesota State High School League

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare successful practice and performance plans while encouraging student participation, establishing team rapport and motivating participants to achieve maximum potential
• Be an example of sportsmanship 
• Maintain equipment and inventory of all equipment including uniforms
• Supervise all areas of participation including but not limited to: gyms, fields, locker rooms, buses, etc. 
• Work collaboratively with other coaching staff, Activities Director, families, and community resources
• Maintains compliance with all rules and regulations of the MSHSL
