Job Description:
The ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Developer is responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable. Must be willing to work in an Agile manner both, independently and as part of a team.
Role is located in Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO
Responsibilities:
- Develops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable
- Performs custom development as required and 3rd party integrations
- Carries out unit testing and defect resolution
- Carries out migration of changes to production
- Assists with technical design and documentation
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
Here's what you need:
- Master's degree and 2 years of experience or bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience or associate's degree and 6 years of experience or no degree with 8 years of experience
- Experience with software integration
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Security+ certification within 6 months of start
Nice to have:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A level of business acumen is required to build a trusted advisor level of relationship with the customer
- Knowledge of SDLC (especially AGILE methodology) and digital platforms
Security Clearance:
- An active Top Secret federal security clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and polygraph

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
