Hybrid Regional Procurement Manager na America's Car-Mart

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about the automotive industry? America’s Car-Mart is looking for a Vehicle Procurement Manager to help manage vendor relationships and oversee the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain strong relationships with Rental Fleets, Contract Buyers, and Auction Vendors.
• Manage the entire vehicle purchase lifecycle—buy-in, title procurement, placement, and transportation coordination.
• Respond to help tickets and procurement-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Use platforms like Monday.com, VPS, and Car Check to track and manage vehicles.
• Ensure all purchases align with company quality standards and repair guidelines.
• Collaborate with logistics and other departments to maintain efficient planning and scheduling.
• Support the company’s mission, values, and compliance standards.

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in vehicle procurement or a related field (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite + ability to learn internal tools).
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel as needed (up to 20%).
