Description
We are seeking candidates for Painter. This position will work at our property, The Biltmore, a large apartment community, 584 units. located in N. Central Dallas.
Job Summary: Paints and does touch up work at assigned locations. Provides quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for prepping, painting and drywall of common areas, vacant and occupied units to
Fath standards for occupancy as scheduled by community manager or supervisor.
2. Communicates supplies needed to supervisor.
3. Alerts managers to significant property problems and safety hazards observed during the course
of the day.
4. Enters occupied apartments in accordance with Company policy.
5. Fully completes assigned tasks on a timely basis. This includes work orders, payroll reporting,
As well as leaving service reply cards.
6. Performs thorough clean-up upon completion of work.
7. Maintains a neat appearance and projects a professional and positive attitude.
8. Is conscious of safety at all times. Adheres to safe work practices and follows safety
guidelines at all times. Immediately reports job-related accidents and hazards to
supervisor.
9. Maintains SDS sheets.
10. Overtime may be required with prior supervisor approval.
11. Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other
management as required.

Requirements
Job Specifications:
Education: Ability to read instructions and safety labels.
Experience: Full-time prior experience required. Must have working knowledge of
painting, staining and trim work.
Contacts: Contact with subcontractors and Fath staff.
Physical Requirement: Able to safely lift 50 lbs. Able to climb ladders and steps. Able to
repetitively bend, twist, lift, walk, stand.
Working Conditions: Perform work inside and outside buildings with exposure to weather.
Equipment/Tool Usage: Required to provide own hand tools and painting equipment.
