We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Commack, NY. As a Lead Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by promoting our air-side products, including Mitsubishi Ductless, and HVAC residential and commercial parts and supplies. You will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with current customers, and providing exceptional customer service. No relocation is offered for this position.
Key Responsibilities of the Lead Inside Sales Representative:
- Lead outbound sales efforts to prospective customers, generating new business leads and promoting our products
- Develop and maintain relationships with current customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with the sales team to take off and submit job quotes, and provide technical support as needed
- Enter and follow orders until they are successfully delivered to the customer on time
- Handle incoming customer requests for bids and product information, equipment specifications, and applications selections
- Provide post-sale follow-up and support as required
- Work with customers, sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Lead and mentor junior inside sales representatives to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
- Other duties as assigned.
