Key Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Lead the delivery of strategic reward initiatives across India ensuring alignment with the business goals (including the annual remuneration cycle).
  • Provide guidance and advice on all aspects of reward to key business and HR stakeholders.
  • Partner with market survey providers and internal stakeholders to develop and optimise reward data and analytics.
  • Lead annual remuneration reviews and market benchmarking, utilising data for evidence-based decisions and management and governance of Short Term, Long Term and Sales Incentive Plans.

 

 

About You:

  • Experience in delivering reward programs in a large corporate environment; financial services experience preferred.
  • Good leadership and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders to drive best outcomes for the firm.
  • Strong focus on delivering continuous operational excellence and looking for opportunities to enhance our reward offering.
  • Data savvy skilled in benchmarking, analytics, and modelling
