Family Practice Great Oaks is looking for a full time Clinical Supervisor, RN to join their team!

This is a 40-hour week. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm.

*This position is eligible for up to a $3,500.00 recruitment/retention bonus.*

The Clinical Supervisor, RN is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care by supervising clinical staff. This position involves monitoring and evaluating staff performance and providing guidance and feedback as necessary to maintain standards of excellence. 

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee clinical nursing care, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards including quality assurance, confidentiality, and medical record documentation.
  • Review GAP lists. Delegate measures to appropriate staff to work.  Compile and return supporting documentation to the insurance companies.
  • Provide direct, clinical supervision to nurses and medical assistants, ensuring appropriate assessment and treatment of patient health.
  • Participate in staff meetings addressing concerns and areas of improvement within the practice.
  • Keep up to date and informed on company/office policies and procedures through staff meetings, correspondence, etc.
  • Collaborate with practice manager and administrative supervisor on development and implementation of nursing mission, goals, policies, procedures and work standards.
  • Improve the organization and productivity of the clinical staff.
  • Promote communication and teamwork between clinical staff, providers, and office support staff.
  • Work with practice manager and practice medical manager to coordinate and implement clinical staff development (PCMH).
  • Provide practice manager with clinical feedback regarding staff’s professionalism, clinical skill, and attendance for periodic reviews and annual reviews.
  • Maintain strictest confidentiality.
  • Must be aware of patient confidentiality and bring any concerns to the practice manager.
  • Communicate any patient concerns or complaints to the Practice Manager.
  • Adhere to infection control/safety guidelines, and confidentiality policies.
  • Update patient’s problem and medication lists daily.
  • Coordinate flu clinics with Practice Manager.

Annual salary range: $72,000.00-$85,000.00
