What You’ll Do
Own the Day-to-Day Accounting Flow
Assist AP, AR, payroll and billing team with advanced inquiries
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring every number is correct and every deadline is met.
Prepare, review, and fine-tune financial statements that leadership can actually use.
Keep Us Compliant & Audit-Ready
Maintain rock-solid internal controls to protect company assets.
Ensure GAAP compliance and all necessary regulatory filings are on point.
Partner with tax professionals so filings are smooth, not stressful.
Make Things Better, Faster, and Smarter
Spot inefficiencies in accounting workflows and implement improvements.
Leverage technology to streamline reporting and reconciliation.
Step in for the Controller when needed, keeping operations steady without missing a beat.
What You Bring to the Table
MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA or CMA preferred.
5+ years accounting, including leadership or senior-level responsibilities.
Working knowledge of GAAP and a strong handle on accounting systems; experience with sales tax law, month-end closing and budgeting processes preferred.
