Overview:

UTEX Industries is hiring a Temporary Administrative & Warehouse Support Specialist to assist with an inventory project. This role involves hands-on warehouse tasks, visual inspections, and data entry using Excel in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Locate and retrieve items from inventory bins, including loading/unloading tasks—often using forklifts or pallet jacks.
  • Perform brief visual inspections of tooling/equipment and record any notable findings.
  • Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in Excel, including bin location, tooling/equipment number, quantity, and inspection results.
  • Conduct scheduled inventory checks and provide timely updates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Excel (basic level: data entry, sorting, filtering).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines independently.
  • Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred but not required.
  • Forklift license is a plus.
