Responsibilities/Requirements
- Greet and offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain fully product performance, application and benefits with each customer.
- Offer test drive to all prospective customers.
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Have effective communication skills for face-to-face, phone and email correspondence to ensure the needs of customers.
- Collaborate with the Service Department(s) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
