Job Description:

As a Senior Business Analyst at Bilue, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery. You’ll take ownership of gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements, working closely with clients, internal teams, and third parties to support integrations and ensure all dependencies are identified and addressed. You’ll be embedded in Agile delivery teams, contributing to the success of digital projects through clear communication, structured analysis, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, define requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to shape project scope, refine backlogs, and drive delivery outcomes.
  • Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specs.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements that support both business outcomes and team efficiency.
  • Support the delivery team during sprints, clarifying requirements, prioritising work, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Assist in planning and running User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet expectations and business needs.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops with clients and stakeholders to gather input, align expectations, and track progress.
Qualifications:

About You

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, delivery teams, and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to understanding and documenting business needs.
  • Detail-oriented, with experience producing high-quality user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Proficient in Confluence and Jira for documentation, collaboration, and project tracking.
  • Experienced in Agile environments, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional delivery teams.
