We’re looking for a driven, people-first Recruitment Administrator to partner with the Connecticut Regional Sales Manager in a highly dynamic and fast paced office to help us grow our direct Dolar sales team in Midedletown Connecticut.

As Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind growing the Connecticut office and supporting the team with high-volume hiring, onboarding, and HR operations.
This is an onsight role.
Responsibilities:Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for entry-level direct sales roles
- Partner with the Residential Sales Manager to align on hiring needs
- Run onboarding — setting new hires up for success from Day 1
- Greet and support candidates and visitors; keep the office organized and energized
- Champion the candidate experience while managing a high-volume pipeline
- Maintain and track HR records, especially around promotions and “dreamovers” (our term for internal career moves)
- Ensure compliance documentation is complete and up to date
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For in a Recruitment Administrator:
- Recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (direct sales recruitment experience strongly preferred)
- A strong communicator who leads with empathy, clarity, and confidence
- Curious and people-focused — you ask great questions and personalize your approach
- A problem-solver with hustle, heart, and a strong work ethic
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ATS/CRM systems
Salary: $50,000/year (Based on experience) plus benefits, PTO bundle and commission
