What You'll Do:
- Acts as a clinical leader for the nursing unit’s daily operations
- Supervises nursing assistants and support staff
- Coordinates comprehensive care and treatment plans for residents
- Performs regular health assessments
- Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations
- Manages medication administration
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
What you will need:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a long-term care nurse
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory role
