We are on the lookout for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team! 


Lofty is a high-growth, global SaaS company serving the residential real estate market. Our vertical AI-powered suite of tools addresses the daily pain points faced by agents, empowering them to launch effective marketing campaigns, track leads’ activities, build lasting customer relationships, and efficiently manage teams. 


As a leader in our industry, we are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive growth within the enterprise brokerage segment—focusing on clients with 250+ agents. What’s the job? 

We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and results-focused Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for large brokerage accounts. You will leverage your industry network, enterprise sales expertise, and AI-driven sales enablement tools to identify, engage, and close high-value opportunities. 

  • Develop and maintain a 3–4x qualified sales pipeline targeting brokerages with 250+ agents. 
  • Self-source new opportunities while leveraging an existing network of brokerage decision-makers. 
  • Run consultative, solution-based sales cycles, positioning Lofty as a strategic technology partner. 
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for prospecting, account research, and personalized outreach. 
  • Partner with C-level executives to design and deliver tailored solutions leveraging Lofty’s CRM, marketing, lead-gen, and AI automation capabilities. 
  • Lead contract negotiations and guide deals through complex enterprise sales cycles. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure client success. 
  • Represent Lofty at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics. 

What’s the work location?

You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in-office five days a week to build momentum, meet your teammates, and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week—giving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.

Requirements

What are we looking for? 

  • 7+ years in the residential real estate industry with established broker relationships. 
  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven record of exceeding enterprise quotas. 
  • Strong experience selling into large brokerages and managing multi-stakeholder sales processes. 
  • Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI-powered CRM features, automated prospecting tools) to enhance sales effectiveness. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contracts. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to execute long, strategic sales cycles.
