- Coordinate all aspects of service provided within the Managed service agreements
- Coordinate with our engineering team and solution architects to design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements
- Attend or conduct Technology Business Reviews with managed accounts as needed.
- Perform Full Network Evaluation for all managed service accounts
- Attend any daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings with Sales Manager and/or CEO
- Resolve critical issues with any client relationships including issues with Accounting, Service, Sales, and Projects
- Client trainings if necessary
- Participate in ongoing strategy meetings
- Attend Intelice sponsored industry, charity, educational events or training events
- Keep up to date on industry related news and technology
- Conduct client onboarding meeting as per the Perfect Client Experience
- Update CRM opportunities and sales funnel daily
- Develop & maintain relationships with Managed Service clients and prospects
- Attend relevant project meetings.
- Assist in any past due collections needed for Managed Service clients.
