Additional Info:What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- CPA required.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting managers.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and work well in a team environment.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Positive attitude with a team mentality
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency.
- Flexible and adaptable to change
What will set you apart:
- Farming, food manufacturing experience
- Experience with business intelligence systems, reporting applications
- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-national corporate environment.
- Public accounting experience.
- Bi-lingual, English/Spanish
- Master’s or MBA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Total Rewards: $150,000-$180,000/ per year
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
