Delaware North is searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the New Orleans airport in New Orleans, Louisiana. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations for all assigned food and beverage outlets. Other responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, mentoring staff, ensuring an excellent guest experience, performing monthly inventories as well as other various duties. On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. Unit Description:

For more than 35 years, Delaware North has provided hospitality services at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Travelers can expect an authentic taste of The Big Easy with dining options including Folse Market, Leah's Kitchen, and Ye Old College Inn.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining the planned bar and restaurant cost of sales
  • Hire, train, and manage an effective and collaborative group of team members, providing ongoing feedback on their job performance
  • Research and develop new menus
  • Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests that align
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years' management experience (AGM or GM) in a high-volume restaurant is required
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members, creating a positive work environment
  • No degree required
