The Recruiting Coordinator will support the full-cycle recruitment process by prescreening candidates, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. This role is critical to creating a positive candidate experience, helping hiring managers quickly identify qualified applicants, and assisting Mercy Housing in attracting top talent.
This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO.
Pay: $24.04-26.92/hour, dependent on experience ($50,000-56,000 annualized)
Duties
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates across multiple time zones.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, confirming details and providing updates on the recruiting and hiring process.
- Develop and support community partnerships (e.g. community colleges, technical schools, 2nd chance organizations).
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards, social media, and company website.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and internship programs.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and ensure all candidate records are up to date.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters and coordinating background checks and pre-employment requirements.
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years in a human resources role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, UKG) and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook calendar, Google calendar, Calendly).
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting coordination experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
- Customer service focused.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
