We’re currently seeking a Storeperson / Logistics Coordinator to become a key part of our operations team in Adelaide. In this 12-month fixed-term role, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.

What will you be doing?

  • Accountable for processing all incoming goods and outgoing goods
  • Accountable to perform the physical Inventory of branch stocks
  • Comply with responsibilities of WHS management system policies
  • Creating and following up purchase orders and deliveries to warehouse
  • Arrange and organise deliveries to sites within SA
  • Retrieving the PO and invoice process in order to facilitate the payment to the supplier
  • Maintaining reorder and replenish quantities
  • Maintaining organisation of the warehouse with appropriate stakeholders
  • Performing and posting stock takes for regions
  • Respond to stakeholder and supplier enquiries
  • Ordering KONE parts

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel preferred  
  • Forklift licence preferred
