The Service Superintendent’s responsibility is to Supervise and Direct all small roofing, metal and construction service projects. This position will manage the Service/Utility field personnel within the Service Department full-time through T&M work  as well as on small projects as needed. and to complete the work on Schedule, within Budget and ensure quality Workmanship per the industry standards. Uphold Maxwell Roofing’s 4 Pillars of Operational Excellence à Quality, Safety, Productivity and Morale.  This position will interact daily with the Service Manager, field personnel, account managers and customers 

Requirements

•  Valid Drivers License with Clean Driving Record
• Roofing Experience mandatory
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills
