- Provide immediate and ongoing support for employee requests related to laptops, desktops, phones, and tablet-based systems.
- Providing technical support both remotely and in-person in SeaTac and at our location in the South Lake Union area.
- Monitor and respond to helpdesk calls, emails, and voicemail-generated tickets as the primary point of contact.
- Assist with data backups and records retention activities to ensure secure and reliable information management.
- Collaborate effectively across the IT team and with other departments and divisions within Northwest Center.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- IT certifications preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
- Basic experience with Microsoft operations systems, software, and 365 environments
- Familiar with basic computer and network hardware, and have the ability to perform technical services of low complexity
- Basic understanding of computers and printer troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
- Able to work independently and respond quickly to support needs
- Effectively demonstrates high expectations to create an environment to promote accountability and high-quality performance
- Demonstrated professional work ethic and a high level of integrity dealing with confidential company and user information
