Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and manage matter numbers in financial and document management systems.
• Ensure new matters include accurate and complete information.
• Set up multi-payor arrangements, including splits and deductibles.
• Support onboarding of new partners/firms by creating and communicating matter details.
• Generate and distribute matter listing reports for attorneys and staff.
• Ensure private client matters align with firm rate guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining carrier panel rate sheets and identifying rate increase opportunities.
• Review newly opened matters monthly and quarterly to confirm rate accuracy.

• 5+ years of legal billing experience, including 3+ years of electronic billing.
• Experience with Elite, Aderant, Coyote, or similar legal accounting software; Bill Blast or EBillingHub a plus.
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills; ability to manage and present complex data.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Target Hiring Range: $65,000 - $70,000
