About the Role
This position plays a key role in ensuring every product leaving our facility meets exacting quality expectations. You’ll be involved in hands-on inspections, using a variety of tools and techniques to confirm accuracy and spot potential issues before they reach the customer. The role requires close collaboration with the production team, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards our customers depend on.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently perform visual In Process & Final Inspection to verify specifications, assessing for defects, scratches, and depth of damage, using the Manual CMM QC 5000 (+) as needed.
- Professionally communicate any component deviations
- Select and utilize the most suitable measuring device to ensure accuracy and efficiency for each specific task
- Communicate effectively to foster strong, collaborative professional relationships with colleagues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of manual machines, lathes, bridgeports grinders.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Understanding machine shop terminology
- Able to use and understand machinist’s tools EX: micrometers, calipers, indicators etc.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to squat, kneel; step up and down on a regular basis.
- Able to lift up to 30 Lbs.
- Compliance with safety standards and policies
- Perform other tasks as assigned
