Description: Business Analyst/CSM/QA Tester
Location: Virtual, with occasional onsite in Rockville/Bethesda
Required Clearance: Tier 4 Public Trust

Responsibilities
• Business Analysis: Gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.) using various techniques including Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• QA Testing: Creating and executing test plans and test cases, ensuring requirements coverage and traceability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment.
• Scrum Master: Facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.), removing impediments, and supporting end-to-end Agile process.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improving processes related to requirements gathering, testing, and Agile practices.
• Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including requirements documents, test plans, and other relevant artifacts.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assisting with and potentially leading UAT efforts to ensure the final product meets business needs.
