Job Location: Remote/Hybrid (Must be local to Cincinati, OH)

Travel Expectations: Up to 25% on average

In this role, you will: 

  • Implement, configure, and manage NinjaOne IT management solutions for client environments.
  • Perform Windows OS upgrades, imaging, and endpoint configurations.
  • Design, test, and deploy automation workflows for endpoint setup, patching, software deployment, and security updates.
  • Integrate NinjaOne with Azure Active Directory and other relevant IT infrastructure tools.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize endpoint performance through NinjaOne RMM.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and client-specific IT policies.
  • Document configurations, processes, and deployment plans for internal and client reference. Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal IT staff or client teams as required.

 

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, professional training, and hands-on experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with NinjaOne in enterprise or MSP environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102: Endpoint Administrator) are a plus.
  • Strong background in systems administration and endpoint management.
  • Proficiency with Windows OS upgrades, imaging, and configuration.
  • Experience with IT automation using RMM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory integrations.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
