I. Job Title: Architectural Control Commission Administrator
II. Department: Administrative
III. Reports to: Club Financial Controller
IV. Job Tasks – ACC Administrator
1. Assists members and contractors with ALGCC ‘s Architectural Control Commission permits.
2. Reviews permit applications for errors or issue relating to joint permit application for inclusion on the ACC meeting agendas.
3. Prepares ACC meeting agendas for bi-monthly meetings. Takes notes, prepares minutes, acquires approvals on minutes and maintains ACC archives.
4. Set up meetings and prepare commissioner’s handbooks.
5. Performs tasks as assigned by the ACC related to the commission’s work.
6. Apply charges to members for permit fees and apply refunds as appropriate.
7. Maintain property file records for membership properties.
8. Process all received complaints regarding covenant violations.
9. Coordinate inspections by ACC Inspector to investigate complaints of covenant violations.
10. Prepare and send out notices of violations to property owners and coordinate resolution.
11. Apply fines to member accounts for covenant violations.
12. Maintain records of covenant complaints
13. Maintain archive of Club Covenant and Bylaws
14. Update and maintain ACC webpage on ALGCC website.
V. Qualifications Required
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting. Equivalent experience on the job.
2. English required with knowledge of Spanish desired, must be able to effectively communicate in public speaking.
3. Strong math skills with Excel Spreadsheet knowledge a must.
4. Fluent with a fast-paced work environment and multiple priorities/tasks. Must be able to multi-task and stay on multiple tasks. Make judgment decisions and adapt to changing work situations, grasp and apply new ideas, communicate with various personalities at all levels and can apply common sense understanding to changing needs. Maintain calm and controlled demeanor when addressing members, vendors, and coworkers under any circumstances.
5. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
6. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Publisher a must!
