Description
We are searching for an experienced General Manager for the McMillan, in Flagstaff, that is dedicated to advancing their leadership skills, assisting with building and leading a team, and providing an elevated and exciting dining experience for our guests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to day operations under the leadership of the Regional Director
- Plan, organize, train, and lead the team as necessary to obtain set goal
- Assist with maintaining and monitoring budgets, P&L’s, and labor goals
- Ensure all guests have a seamless and uninterrupted experience
- Control cash and other receipts by adhering to our cash handling and reconciliation procedures
- Fill in where needed to ensure service and standards are being met
- Prepare all required daily paperwork
- Assist with onboarding and maintaining Team Members
- Provide consistent daily logs on operations, employee events, and HR information

Requirements
Skills Needed:
- Proven Restaurant Management skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Basic knowledge of P&Ls, budgets, projections, and labor
- Preferred 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience
- Ability to work 50 hours per week
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- This position will require a ServSafe Certification or a Title 4 Liquor Certification
