E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior SIGINT Instructor to join our team in Fort Huachuca, AZ in support of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams, and units in support of SIGINT.
- Develop and revise SIGINT TSPs, exercise scenario development, and collective training OC/Ts.
- Be familiar with integrating multimedia course instructional methods and be prepared to facilitate training in large and small group settings.
- Course delivery will use a variety of instructional environments, including classrooms, video-teleconferences, virtual and computer-based training sessions, team teaching environments, and collective active learning environments.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain IC training materials, with Government approval, to include full TSPs and documentation of TTPs.
- Abide by SIGINT policies, SIGINT procedures, and applicable laws when presenting the SIGINT curriculum and shall ensure exercise facilitation accounts for appropriate level of scenario injects that will be stressed at the individual through SIGINT leader levels.?
- Provide verbal feedback to participants and written feedback to the senior mentor after each training session.? Feedback and evaluation will be commensurate with the standards established by the U.S. Army IC.?
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years as an Army MOS 35P or 35N or other service equivalent
- Current Oversight training (VUport classes OVSC1000, 1100, and 1800), Intelligence Oversight Officer training (VUport training TOOL1200 and OVSC 2201), Trusted Agent Training (Receive training and certification from a current Trusted Agent, and Unit Auditor Training (VUport training OVSC3101)
- Working knowledge of the SIGINT Enterprise and NGA
- Graduate of the Common Faculty Development - Instructor Course (CFD-IC), Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance at the required level.
