Hybrid Forklift Operator - AM na Followmont Transport

Join our established and growing business as a Forklift Operator at our Townsville depot. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for moving our freight with a focus on safely loading and unloading tautliners. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual with proven experience in loading multiple trailers.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Position: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8am start
Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and safely unload/reload general freight from body trucks and trailers
• Ensure trailers are maximised for linehaul transportation
• Follow a postcode sheet to place unloaded freight into the correct bays
• Complete all necessary paperwork and scan freight to track movements
• Maintain a steady work pace to meet departure times and maintain accuracy
• Adhere to established safety standards and guidelines
