Job Summary

Responsible for the coordination and support of Prisma Health's financial planning activities. Activities and processing within the scope of financial planning will include, but are not limited to rolling forecasting, support organization department budgeting, financial performance management, financial planning software optimization.

Essential Functions

• Manages the implementation, preparation, and use of Strata Jazz for budget planning, rolling forecast, and financial analytics.

• Coordinates and executes software training to entity super users and corporate leaders.

• Provides subject matter expertise troubleshooting assistance.

• Communicates and educates team members on the processes and tasks for using Strata Jazz.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

• This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.

Minimum Requirements

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics. Master's degree preferred

• Experience - Five (5) years of experience in finance or five (5) years of experience in labor expense monitoring or benchmarking in a healthcare organization.

• Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, and database)
