Hybrid Guidance Counselor-Leave Replacement Anticipated Opening na Fort Lee Public Schools

Qualifications:

• NJ School Counselor Certification
• Experience working with students in a high school setting
• Knowledge of HIB, I&RS, and Student Character Programs, preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment as part of a team
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal      
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
• Must meet criminal background check for both federal and state as per the Department of Education under NJSA 18A:6-7.2

Working Conditions: $65,375.00 prorated August 27, 2025 - December 31, 2025. 4 sick days, and 2 emergency days, paid for holidays and emergency school closings.
