MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior RF Spectrum Technician to join our team working in Crane, IN. This is an onsite position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Utilize ground tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection to successfully perform technology assessments and evaluations in support of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) communityDevelop test plans into test casesTravel up to 25% within the continental United StatesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent education and years of relevant experience in lieu of degree3+ years of experience in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collectionExperience in RF principles wireless communication and data networksKnowledge of the tactical level Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and Training Project Plan (TPP) in the use of similar technologiesPreferred Qualifications:Understanding of required test equipment for each assessment and evaluation event when developing test plans into test casesBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering preferred but not required with appropriate tactical collection level experienceClearance Requirements:Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Top Secret with SCI eligibility Security ClearancePhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
