Hybrid Production Manager (Buford, GA, US, 30518) na Carcoustics

Job Objective:

• Ensure product deployment through all relevant logistic processes taking into consideration all instructions, as well as reporting duties to the according supervisor.  
• Optimal use of personnel, material and the production area in terms of the achievement of company goals and consider environmental and safety regulations as one.  Responsible for quality, personnel, productivity, budget and increase of productive capacity under consideration of KPI's and lean projects.  

Description of Main Tasks:

• Securing the implementation of the plant strategy and the CCPS including proactive further development and optimization in the area of responsibility.  
• Functional and disciplinary leadership, including mid-term and long-term personnel planning, as well as functional and personnel development of the employees in the production area.  
• Compliance with all legal, governmental and company internal regulations in the area of responsibility.  Represents the company to third parties (audits, client visits).  
• Collaboration in the creation and procurement of new machiens, tools, utilities and processes outside of the matrix organization. 
• Ensure an optimal production under consideration of quality-costs and goals to keep the time frame, as well as initiation and implementation of all relevant actions (technical and organizationally). 
• Estimation of capacity theoritical machine capacity for a highly efficient level of performance. 
• Responsibility of production NTA, contact person for production relevant topics within other department.  

Additional Tasks:

• Represent the allocated production area. 
• Represents the Operation Manager in absence. 

Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelors' Degree in Engineering or Economics or comparable education.  
• 3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company within the automotive sector. 
• First practical work experience in an international environment. 
• Several years of leadership experience in a matrix organized company. 
• Acts absolutely independent within own area of responsibility, takes over responsibility for complying of the budget, quality and target settings, analyses deviations, defines and implements sustainable correction and optimization measures. 
• Sound experience in conducting workshops. 
• Project management experience. 
• MS Office and SAP skills on an advanced level. 
• English language on B1=B2 level (advanced= independent usage of language; able to communicate spontaneously). 
• Local language on C1-C2 level (person is able to express himself/herself spontaneously, fluently and precisely).
