Training: 

  • Remote, live, one-on-one training with a dedicated trainer
  • 1-week training program (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CST with breaks)

 

Required Hours: 

  • Full-time (up to 40 hours per week)
  • Rotating Saturdays required, with a weekday off in exchange
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential

 

Responsibilities:
As an Outbound Call Specialist, you'll contact customers on behalf of dealerships to drive service engagement and improve retention. 

Specific tasks include: 

  • Making outbound calls to schedule service appointments
  • Informing customers about recall notices and maintenance needs
  • Following up on previously recommended services
  • Engaging customers with a professional, friendly tone
  • Documenting interactions and updating CRM systems accurately
  • Communicating via phone and written channels as needed
  • Achieving daily/weekly call and conversion goals
  • Performing other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma (Associate’s Degree a plus)
  • Friendly, confident phone presence
  • Availability for rotating Saturdays
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple software systems
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Experience in outbound calls, appointment setting, or automotive industry preferred
  • Proven ability to convert outreach into results is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

 

Compensation and Payroll: 

  • Base pay starts at $18/hour, plus performance-based incentives
  • Paid semi-monthly (15th and last day of each month)
